After lying dormant for years, The profile of Indian cooking is about to create a new high. The future of Indian cooking has arrived in style. Harminder, A young, Vibrant and Passionate Indo-Canadian chef has taken his profession to his heart.

He launched his first restaurant "Coriander Green", The East Indian Feast in 2005 At age 23 in prestigious downtown Oakville.

It didn't take long for him to vow the Oakville Elite specially the British Canadians.

Harminder's passion for food made him share his expertise with other Indian food enthusiasts. He teaches recreation classes in Indian cooking in a prominent Canadian Culinary School, Offers private and group fun cooking classes and also performs live cooking on various occasions.

He started another concept restaurant named 'Taj - The True Indian Gourmet' in 2008, that offers slow cooked healthy meals with express service.

Chef Harminder's long term objective is to take Indian food mainstream, familiarize everyone with the health benefits and goodness of Indian food. He wants to incorporate healthier food choices into people's lives without compromising the flavour.
